Join us for a 'semi-training' night designed to help you discover where your unique gifts fit best. We are committed to being good stewards of the people God brings to our team.
- The Walk-Through: Visit interactive stations for Music, Crafts, Lessons, Games, and Snacks to see the roles in action.
- Dinner with a Mission: Enjoy a meal while learning all about VBS!
- The Standard: We will go over our vision for Active Engagement. We aren't looking for spectators—we’re looking for leaders who are flexible, intentional, and ready to jump in wherever needed!
The Journey Ahead: Key Dates
Emerald Crossing is a journey that begins long before the first child walks through our doors. To be the best stewards of this mission, please note these important dates:

- Decorating Week: July 13th - 17th
- Help us transform our space into the Irish countryside! Whether you can give two hours or two days, we need your hands.
- The VBS Prayer Walk: July 18th
- We will walk the "bridges" of our campus, praying over every station and every child by name. This is the foundation of our week.
- Dates: July 19th - July 23rd
- Daily Schedule: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- Arrival for volunteers is [30 minutes prior] for daily prayer and huddle.
Note: Additional training dates for specific roles (like Security or Media) may be added soon. We will update you as the path becomes clear!
Stewardship & Expectations
We are Under-Shepherds. We believe in excellence for the sake of the Gospel. At Emerald Crossing, we don't just 'walk around.' We are present, we are praying, and we are flexible. When our specific task is done, we look for the next person who needs a hand.
